They are horrendous!! From the moment I moved into my new build in Oxford, they’ve been unprofessional, rude and dismissive. The customer service team are diabolical. They hide behind the name ‘ customer service’ via email and take no responsibility for anything that needs to be done. Once you’re in the property, regardless of any wrong doings, they will do everything they can to get out of helping you. The level of rudeness from them is out of this world! We’ve been in lock down for 2 years, a global pandemic, and when I emailed recently explaining about a plumbing issue I’m ‘out of my 2 year warranty’ but they weren’t even operating for half that time due to lockdown! There is no compassion on their end and they will do everything they can to dismiss you. They also ignore emails on a regular basis too. Just horrendous. Do not buy from this company!

I have been in my new home for nearly 1 year and ZeroC have still not fixed the defects that I reported. They have arrogantly now stopped acknowledging my emails. I thought the building industry had moved on from this type of approach, but seemingly not this developer from whom I have not even had the decency of an apology!
