Very bad company ordered a part
5 weeks later still in progress so contacted these and she said we can't get part from pride it's out of stock
So I asked for refund she said yes refund will be with you this week
7 weeks later no refund and won't answer calls
WhatsApp number she doesn't read messages so to be honest I would stay well clear of this company
Nearly all reveiws are 1 star so that tells you how bad they are
Wish I checked before buying as for the part not being in stock at pride was rubbish I contacted pride dealer myself and yes item is in stock £20 and was delivered 3 days later
Wheelie good mobility charged me treble for part £60
Best to stay well clear of this company in Kent UK
Robbing the elderly I will be taking these to court I have found a few other people who have been treated the same way on social media
If anyone else has a complaint contact me As have a solicitor now looking into these complaints and money not returned

Do not use this company by any means they talk to you like utter crap got nothing but abuse from the start of the phone call could nit give me a eta on the product I brought which apparently was in stock on the website and could not provide not tracking information the bloke needs sacking disgusting customer service

Was told by everyone else I would have to buy a complete differential and motor for approximately $1,500 I took my unit apart myself and found I needed an $11 part I searched the internet and found wheelie good Mobility they sold me my part for $11 my scooter is back on the road and I will never trust anyone else with my parts

i emailed them if they could help me find a 100amp circuit breaker for myFreerider scooter.i got a email back saying he had 1 at a fair price so i bought it.it was on my scooter within 43 days.Excellent service from them.

These guys have a good perspective on the future of mobility' especially scooters.
They look outside the box.
I have started to collect Free Rider memorabilia and told me they are willing to inform me of anything they come across.
I have already purchased a Free Rider plexiform grill badge which was dispatched and adequately paid kedgeree an arrived on time.

Very poor service and over priced items. I called them to ask about a replacement mobility scooter key on a Monday and was assured by the owner that they would post one out immediately. I put my faith in him as I was desperate for the key to arrive. I could have paid £3.99 on eBay and took a chance on the delivery time but I trusted he would keep to his word and paid 4x that. When Friday came and it had not arrived, I called again and was fobbed off by the same man who blamed the delay on covid 19. I paid £4 postage for a small key which could of been sent via Royal Mail 24 hour for £3, which at the time was taking 48 hours due to the pandemic. The owner was very unprofessional, when I told him I was not happy and I would be writing a review about it, he told me I was being nasty. Surely being nasty is telling lies to customers to extort money from them? He also told his daughter that I was nasty to him and she promptly called me to question me about it. She was very proud to tell mr that she posted the key to me herself on wait for it Wednesday. This company is not to be trusted. Never again! Wish I’d have seen these reviews before I spent my money with them...

Ordered a part for a scooter from Wheelie Good Mobility. Website brilliant. Had a phone call to check the part I was ordering was correct and also checking and diagnosing the fault I was experiencing. Service was brilliant and part arrived on time and fixed the problem.
I know there have been mixed reviews from people. But I have found them to be brilliant.
My advice before ordering, pick up the phone and have a chat with them. Explain the problem you are having and be sure you are happy to then place an order.
I will definitely be calling and using them again it has been a pleasure and a fresh experience having people really trying to help me and ensure the part orders was correct.

I bought a control box for a scooter he said if I didn’t need it I could send it back he is now changing the goal post because it was the motor knackered changed it and put the original control box on works fine so want to return box apparently that’s not there policy

I have had a part called and have not had my money returned by them I waited the 8 days for a refund but nothing so if they take money from ur account and dont return it that's fraud by deception so either the police should deal with them or oft they should be shut down so do not deal with them as like me u get nothing

Do not use this company rude and disgraceful staff. Ordered an expensive part after 2 weeks was told they did not have it in so cancelled order as it was needed. This was 5th of December. Have still not received a refund despite numerous phone callls and email.

you claimed to have ordered the wrong part and wanted a refund you then changed your mind and wanted the battery box sent
and as for rude disgraceful staff there is a thing called liable

Is My number 1 go to place for scooter parts now!! I don't know what other reviewers problems are?? Mine was a very good experience compared to my Original Manufacture!!
"Pride" the (OEM) Original Equipment manufactures screwed me around with Warranty replacement parts and even out of Warranty replacements. Even after their technicians identified the faulty part causing my issues via email correspondence telling me "I would be able to replace the Plug and Play part without effecting my Warranty since I have Mechanical technician experience!"
They then stated in the next email after asking for a price on the part, "They Would only sell parts to Pride Authorized dealers" and gave me a quote for the part and service fee for fitting it... $200 fitment fee and $150 for the replacement part!
I got my (Pride stated, "Voltage regulator module") required part for $75 from Wheelie Good Mobility and fitted the part myself in 15 minutes. Tested it and was found to be working perfectly again!
It took just on 1 week to get the part from England to Australia which is really good time! It usually takes over 1-2 weeks from the UK, 2+ weeks from America, 2 months+ from China...
2 months on and the Scooter is still running like it should be! ;)
I would, HAVE and WILL be openly highly recommend their business to anyone/everyone! AAA+++

Ahhhhhhhhhhh !! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and paying for my dads scooter parts.
Similar the other reviews, I was expecting my parts within 2 or 3 days as stated when I ordered, so when I rang he told me that they were ordered from the USA, but he had them in stock so would get on it and send them that day. I did question him to ask why they were ordered from the states if he had them in stock..... but anyway. The cockney sparra’ on the end of the phone said I would receive the parts on Tuesday or Wednesday ( two weeks after the order ).
When Wednesday came with no delivery, I rang him back up and he told me he would pack the parts there and then and I would have them in two days time !! I then told him that this was a joke and he had told me he had already sent them to which he said “ i’m not here for an argument mate, do you want em or not ? “
I told him if he was going to have that attitude that I just wanted a refund, and with that he just hung up.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY/COMPANY.
Not holding my breath for a refund either, I may have to contact my bank to get my funds back.

I ordered some goods in July,waited over a month,senr many emails but did not get any replies,managed to phone,the guy fobbed me off saying hes expecting a delivery tomorrow,and that I woulg get them in 2 -3 days,that was weeks ago.
Reading his terms and conditions,and how he avoids fraud from customers,is laughable,as he is the one who commits fraud!
Fortunately I made a chargeback on the card I used to pay him so I was refunded.
So beware, dont try and deal with these people.

I paid for item and seller just "play" with me about deliver about 5 weeks and He didn`t send nothing and He didn't refund, I contact my Bank and they refund my payment.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with the customer service is appalling.i ordered a specific part on 7th june. And recieved a completely different part on opening the parcel i found an invoice for a different customer. I rang the company to complain about this .they said they would send the correct part and a new label to post the wrong item back to them.this did not happen. I have been ringing them every week since then as i have not recieved the new label or the part i ordered and paid for on 7th june. It is now 23rd july. Irang them again yesterday demanding my money back and once again got a frosty responce.i wwill be reporting this company to amazon where they advertise their products.i advise anyone reading this revue to look elsewhere for any parts they require.this company told me so many lies and excuses every time i rang to complain.

Terrible company to deal with and so rude!! Told parts would be in within the week 2 wks later.... nothing and so rude!!, no clue about ordering or certainly customer service. Be warned stay away!
