Not impressed. Tried ringing landline, mobile and left a message. No answers at all. So drove there only to gather we cant go in without an appointment, despite staff not being busy. Then told to apply online, presumably for an unknown dog. We felt very unwelcomed and worry re the real suitability of any dogs should one be linked to an application. We will not bother trying again.

Very disappointed with West Wales poundies, filled out an adoption form and they didn't even bother to contact me about coming to see the place a rescue dog could have potentially been rehomed.
Have since heard similar stories about rescue centers around here.

my first comment on their fb was could we come to see them? that was my first mistake ! reply - we are a rescue not a breeder and from there it went downhill only to be told to look elsewhere and blocked from page ! dont think they want homes for dogs!!
