My Nephews crematorium services was scheduled but unfortunately I am over seas.
I attempted to arrange a private web streaming service by a professional camera man but was prevented by the undertaker stating Wesley media had contractual rights over the streaming service.
So reluctantly we viewed the service through the Wesley Media camera.
To start with the image was no better than a fixed security camera, extremely blurred, garbled sound, and the fixed position at the back wall of the hall left you staring at the back of the congregations heads.
There was no was of recognising any faces.
This was not an internet issue. The camera is extremely poor.
I’m advising NOT to go with Westley Media service viewing if you would like to view a service!

So disappointed with the lack of sound at my friend of 66 years at Horley crematorium on February 23. Friends of hers from all across the country were similarly disappointed. I would have liked to buy a recording but not one that I couldn't hear.

Watched two funerals now and both cut off 15 minutes in. V poor

Live streaming a funeral due to Covid-19, so many family and friends could not Be there. Furious that half way through the service it just stoped for all of us.
Don’t rely on this company to live stream anything.
Devastated beyond belief !

Lost the funeral feed after 15 minutes, I'm in London and my sister in Oxfordshire lost it too at the same time. In my view they clearly don't provide enough bandwidth, it's a disgrace.
