I bought a van from we buy broken vans. They said it had a turbo problem. Didnt mention the engine had been over heated and head gasket blown. Wouldn't answer the phone or respond letters . Absolute scammers . They say you are a trader to remove your consumer rights and you have no recourse in court . I suspect I am not the first to be scammed by them . Their feedback on e bay is a year old . The invoice comes as a link via a text message on your phone so you cant read it properly and understand what you are signing.

Discussed my van. Told them everything. The guy eventually comes out the check it out after rejigging the time 3 or 4 times which in itself ruined my day. Then agreed its absolutely as described, that its a bit of a bargain then tells me they're KNOCKING HALF THE PRICE of the agreed price off but he couldn't explain why? What an absolute joke of a company!
