Bought a Superdry jacket in Jan 17. The company immediately took my payment but nothing arrived. When I chased it, I received one fake message from someone called “Emily” but she was uncontactable thereafter. This manufacturer of fake goods is based in Shanghai so the “.co.uk” in the web address is misleading. After 3-4 weeks a jacket arrived that was nothing like what I ordered, not even the colour was remotely a match. It was clearly a knock off and it was dirty! Luckily MBNA Visa Card were fantastic and refunded my money. Superdry were helpful as well, in providing me written proof (required by Visa card) that what I received was a fake.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE under any circumstances.

Do not order from this website. I received a jacket which is nothing like the one I ordered it's a fake paid £60 had no reply as yet
