Wish I'd have seen the reviews before I placed my order!
Ordered a few Items - money taken - NO GOODS HAVE BEEN SENT.
I've chased and chased - via email, the whatsapp service, called the number , messaged on Facebook, messaged on YouTube - NOTHING
Now in the hands of my bank to recover my money and also passed onto fraud squad of local police who I'm sure will be in touch with "Sam" shortly. Have my collection friends looking into them too via trace and collect, Looking at getting the website closed down to prevent any further scams.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Paid out £108 and got absolutely no reply after the initial send us proof of age etc. More than a whole week of me constantly asking for an update, nadda. I contacted my banks fraud team and have managed to get a full refund. I also took the time to write to their own service provider ‘Stripe’ to complain and make them aware that their client is extremely suspicious, which they promised they would investigate. If you’re happy to part with your hard earned cash and never see anything for it, these are the cunts for you. Otherwise, AVOID!

Most likely a con site tried to buy a crossbow rifle case and they took the money and did not send it.

I purchased a pistol crossbow earlier a few weeks ago, initially there was a problem with the item, but this was resolved quickley and politely and I am now very pleased

I Richie Phillips can confirm UK-Crossbows came up trumps a year ago I wrote a bad review not knowing the facts that the seller was very Ill .
I wish to retract my bad review he came good as soon as he was able to return to his business . I rate UK -Crossbows 180% good service great seller.
His service is fantastic and I apologise it was uncalled for

UK Crossbows the most unhelpful un-contactable company I have ever dealt with Spent over £500 with them they will not answer my sms texts or emails or royal mail as they advertised , you can't phone them. I will never purchase anything again from them and advise others not too. Their after sales customer service is non existent. If they just answered my question I would not write this review .

Me and Richie are now actually on good terms, I resolved the problem.
Richie actually contacted me almost a year after his purchase. When I had been closed down for 6 months due to poor health, I replied about 7 weeks later as I wasn't checking emails anymore after such a long time.
Please note, unlike most shops, I do not ask my customers to leave reviews
on 3rd party review sites like this, so the only ones I am going to get are bad ones.
Happy customers never seek out these sort of sites unless shown like via an email request, or seeing it somewhere by chance, hence only 2 negatives / 0 positives in 15 years.
eBay does ask customers to leave reviews, so it's not just going to be a couple of dissapointed customers, but include the happy ones too.
My eBay feedback is an accurate representation and that's currently at 100% positive, usually it's 99.9% positive.
I am now trading again and everything is back to the normal very fast service for sending out orders, emails and whatever else.

This issue has also been resolved, I got just over a week behind with orders, but I've been in contact with Floyd and explained everything and the parcel has been delivered.
