Just an update on my refund saga.
After getting fed up with my weekly chase emails and the standard reply of refunds have been issued but allow a few weeks for this to appear (this had been ongoing since they cancelled my event back in April.) I sent a final email and a legal LETTER BEFORE ACTION by recorded post yesterday afternoon. And what do you know???? They have refunded me the face value of the tickets today less than 4 hours after they got the letter! - so this little episode has cost me a bit of money, some hair (pulling out clumps dealing with - or rather not dealing with these people) and a lot of swearing
