Really unimpressed with this company. Yes paying £30.00 for a years subscription does get you discount on orders. But you might as well not bother and buy the order full price from another supplier. At least you'll actually get it delivered and actually be able to contact someone with any queries you may have and actually get a response with another supplier!!!
Every time I have tried contacting the window cleaners alliance, I have had nothing back in response. It's very hard to get in contact with them. No phone number. Just a contact form on their website. Which doesn't even work. You write out a message for them and it doesn't send it.
I've had to try and get in touch with the owner of the window cleaners alliance through his YouTube account. And again have I had a response? Nope!
I ordered an item two weeks ago now. It's not been delivered. Paid for postage as well. They have taken my money for the item. Everytime I go on the website to try and track my order, it always says, "processing."
Awful company. Awful customer service.
Avoid at all costs!!!
