Probably the most undervalued way to lose weight as you might think you're going to starve. Quite the contrary though, weight loss is steady and I found it really easy to follow and I did not go hungry. I was determined to shift my weight though and it took 6 months to shed 5 stone . What I loved about it was that I just carried on cooking with my normal recipes and did not change very much about my diet, even had the odd cake. Excellent product can highly recommend it, in fact a kitchen essential I would say.
