I am kicking myself for selecting the first website that came up when I searched late last Thursday, it must have been at the top of GoogleAds.
They took £33 on my credit card in advance on 08/05/2019 then the taxi did not turn up on time on the morning of 09/05/2019. I rang the help number 03300 888888 which was answered instantly and I was told the driver would call me back in a few minutes. No taxi and no call 15 minutes later I tried the help number again a few times but it just rang and rang. I made my plane with seconds to spare no thanks to these scammers.
I finally got through on the 03300 888888 number today and was told to put my complaint in writing to [email protected]. I said to the South African lady that I thought this was a scam and would write a review saying so unless I could speak to someone. She asked me for my name and number despite confirming my booking details at the start of the phone call. Her manager was going to ring me back within 30 minutes - I'm sure you can guess the rest.
