Shocking company to deal with take your deposit then constantly lie to you. They our 3k deposit along with hundreds of other customers and still no equipment. They lie about scaffolding lie about vans breaking down. Lie about installs and ordering your equipment.

Stay away total con job

The whole experience has been shocking!
I was promised a certain brand of solar pannels (Sun Power) and it was confirmed that those were in stock when I signed the agreement and transferred the deposit (February 2022). I had the impression that, like for other products, paying the deposit will secure me those pannels, but that wasn’t the case as I later discovered.
After 6 months of chaising and chaising every step of the way, I was told those pannels are not in stock and they will not be available for another year.
If I would have been told that from the beginning I would have made a different decision about chosing the company.
Also, the design team was not professional at all. It took many weeks for the design to reflect my requirements, and only after I provided a sketch of the pannel disposition.
after having the design approved I had to chaise repeatedly for an installation date and only then I was told that the pannels I paid for are not available and it would take a year or more to have them. That was the whole reason I chose the company.
After beeing promised a lead time of 8-10 weeks from deposit to installation with pannels in stock at that time, and realising that 6 months down the line the pannels were not in stock and will not be in for another year, I decided to cancel the agreement.
3 months later I still haven’t received the deposit back although I have been chaising it on a weekly basis.
This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it continues to be.
I feel I have been lied to from the very begining and I did not receive the high quality services I was promised and expected.
I would not recommend this company.
Extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Shocking company. It is now 11 months since I paid them a deposit and 10 months since I paid a stage payment totalling over £3000 and yet they have not fitted it. 4 missed appointments 2 on less than 24 hrs notice and 2 no shows. I have been told so many porkies that I suggested they move the company to Melton Mowbray. They failed to protect the deposit properly with HIES only trying to do so after over 6 months. They also failed to issue a contract which it appears to be a requirement of HIES in case of a claim under the guarantee in the circumstances of the company’s failure.

Total failure to return the deposit.

I have escalated the case to HIES and so far have they have three times promised them that they were going to refund but have failed to do so within the time limits agreed. This all appears to be the actions of a company close to insolvency.

I reordered from another company after10 months and it was all fitted and working within three weeks and the only deposit requested was £100.

Avoid at all costs

This company provides our customer service throughout, lengthy delays and terrible communication. They overcharged me, quoting for more panels than they could fit on my roof, then have never refunded me the difference.

I had 12 solar panels installed in April. The reason I installed it was that we end up without electricity....so when I call them I told them the reason I want to install it. The surprise came today when the people from main gril told us that we are not gonna have electricity from 9 till 15. I didn't worry about it because I knew that I have the solar panels and the batterys are gonna take over......Yeah THAT DIDN'T HAPPENED. I just find out that they didn't put one switch to do that. I asked them to listen the conversation we had. SURPRISE AGAIN THEY DON'T HAVE THE PHONE RECORDED. I wouldn't use them if I were to choose a solar panel company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
