Visiting from Canada, waited over one hour for meal, in the end, we asked the waiter what the problem was. The order had not been placed, consequently, another fifteen minutes went by. Eventually the meal arrived, no apologies for delay at all. The meal itself was lukewarm and the vegetables were stodgy.
Not until later did we notice that a service charge had been added to the bill!
We will not be returning to the Palm Court.

I have been frequenting the Palm Court Brasserie in Covent Garden for at least 10years. It's a great central place to meet, a short walk away from a lot of theatres and I have NEVER had a bad meal there. The staff are friendly, the food delicious, the price competitive and the service efficient without being interfering. I have recommended it to loads of my friends and no one has been disappointed. We have had our firms Christmas meal there for the last two years. There's something for everyone to eat, whatever their preferences. Just love it!
