best one i've ever seen, the civil enforcement officer hiding inside the job center, before i parked on a bike parking space i looked around, no markings on the ground, or any other in the pole nearby warning of no motorbike parking. yet im slapped with a fine? to add that tafter i got my things done, at my bank, ramsdmens, got on the bike and the officer gives me a smirk? interesting behaviour to say the least.

SWPG immediately issue tickets without giving any time! I'm a van driver and the first ticket I recieved was a few years ago and it was wrongly given, so I visited the council and had it cancelled. Recently I was given another one so I appealed against it and they have now written back asking for me to pay double. It doesn't work like that.

Challenged a PCN with a legitimate and reasonable reason, absolutely no reply, they don’t reply to emails, tried to submit a further challenge, they’re not interested in circumstance only greed!!

I received a parking fine from this company for a 'parking offence' in Newport where I was caught on camera whilst still moving, how is that possible?
Councils who farm out the management of motoring offences to cowboy companies like these should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
As taxpayers we should expect, and deserve better.
