Rubbish customer service. I'm still waiting for my glasses and am now in the fifth week although their email said that the glasses would be with me in a few days. The excuses have varied from that the glasses didn't pass quality control in the factory to being held in UK customs for the past week (they are supposedly coming from the factory in Germany so there's no customs formalities)
They don't respond to my opticians or me.

It's a. Con you get crap specs with a narrow view and specsfactory claim that the naughty optician didn't use their lenses and h hi as sold you specs from his own suppliers . If this was genuine would be suing the opticians for breech of contract and conning their customers. Instead thay do nothing and ignore you of you complain. . you paid the optician to he specs and get what you pay for , crappy glasses with rubbish lenses
