I have to say, this is probably the worst company I have ever come across! We recently purchased a shower king for bathing our dogs! We followed the instructions for installation and on our first use the shower king went up in flames which would have been catastrophic if on a yard near barns and hay! Luckily for us the shower king was locating outside the wooden grooming room but we are livid! We then contacted the company only to be told it must have been our fault and we didn't install it properly (which we know we did)
We then got blackmailed over a refund, the company wanting us to accept responsibility and accept a partial refund which in the end after over a month we did just to try and get some of the costs back!
AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
