My elderly mother received a Sedagyl catalogue with her Damart order and wanted to try a Hydas back support.
Fortunately I do all her ordering for her and was suspicious that there was not a website available and investigated a bit further.
I'm very grateful to all the people who have left their reviews with so many warnings and decided not to order from this company. I looked on Amazon and found this very item at half the price! but on reading its reviews chose an Amazon recommended alternative.
Like other reviewers I have never had any problems with Damart and would recommend them to anyone but they should not be promoting this company.

No online info and seems to be total Crap to be honest and just what a waste of money sending these catalogue's out.They will not get no order's from me. I certainly wont put my bank deatails on no such order form and post it

I too wanted to order from Sedagyl but find there is no web site to order from and the phone line is too expensive. Sedagyl must loose a lot of orders because of this.

I placed an order several weeks ago, I see the cheque was cashed on 23rd July but am still waiting for goods ordered.
I have tried to phone, but cannot get through at all.

After reading reviews here I've decided not to order as I don't want any hassle. They shd have a website to order and I'm deffo not ringing a premium rate number @13p a minute. My mum shops with Damart, they don't cut any ice with me.

I ordered goods and posted a cheque on the 25 May 2021. I haven't heard a word from them. Like many of the reviews I have been with Damart a long time, and always had good service and been pleased with the goods.. Damart enclose the catalogue from Sedagyl encouraging us to order from them. I am so disappointed with the lack of service..

After reading other people's negative reviews,all of which I agree with I too have decided not to place an order with sedagyl.Ordering methods not satisfactory,should have online access to order or at least free phone number ordering service. I too am a Damart satisfied customer.

I don't know how Sedagyl are related to Damart but they are the worst company that I have dealt with. When the order arrived, there was no invoice to tell me what was sent. All of the enclosed reading material was in French, which I neither speak nor understand and the Free Gift was not what I'd ordered either.
I have dealt with Damart for years, without many issues, but Sedagyl are something else and I'd suggest that Damart disassociate themselves from Sedagyl at their earliest opportunity. Just terrible service from Sedagyl.

My wife ordered goods worth £43.96 on the 27th August . Her cheque was cashed on the 3rd Sept. it is now 2nd Oct and no sign of the goods she ordered and no word from SEDAGLY. How about returning her money?????

I agree I have nothing bad to say about Damart they are very good and I always get email thanking me for my order and get a tracking & receive my order within a week & can always check on its progress but Sedagyl is terrible no confirmation no way to track
My order even after cashing my cheque I only ordered for the free gift they were offering but not even sure if I will receive the gift if its substituted with something else like they did previously shall not be ordering any more from them just stick to damart as have no problems with them.

I have purchased an item from the Sedagyl caatalogue, with a damart cardigan free for sending an order. I have not received the item i sent for and certainly not the damart cardigan, its been 2 weeks. I agree with all the other customer reviews.

I decided, or my wife did, that there was 7 items she would like to get. So she passed the catalogue to me and I looked for the website. I find the website and lo and behold it told me to print a form off and send it by post.
2 things Sedagyl:
1.I will not send a form to you with my bank details on through the post.
2 I will not ring an order through and pay you for the privilege.
I have dealt with Damart for many years, my advice to them is...
Have no more to do with Sedagyl until they get their act together.

While apologising for delay in answering the relephone, I was advised that , top save time, I could place an order on line. Going to Sedagyl's home page there is no way of placing an order a,d one is simply referred to the telephone number. Nor is any web address printed on the Sedagyl catalogue.
Please get your act together and set up an on-line ordering system.

Agreed with C. A. Thomas. The quickest and easiest way for your customers to order is via the Internet, it is also cheaper for us. Unfortunately, you are letting down your partner DAMARK, who we have been with for over ten years. PLEASE allow us to order from you Online. I am sure you would receive more business that way.
