I must admit I had my doubts... but great service
I must admit I had my doubts when ordering. The price is cheaper than anywhere else when ordering and just on the borderline where you think this is one of those too good to be true prices but anyway I went ahead and ordered an 18TB HDD. It takes a while to arrive but they are up front about that so no issues there. When it arrived it didn't work though, tried it in a couple of machines and it had that horrible click click click sound of a broken drive. I thought 'here we go' it was a con. But no! I contacted them, they responded quickly and told me how to send it back at their expense and then they sent me a replacement which worked straight away. So overall I was happy with the service and would happily order again. Don't order if you expect next day delivery but if you can wait 10 days or so, it's worth the cost saving.
