Contacted then to help put in a dog flap for me on Saturday.
They sold they'd call me Monday morning
So at half 12 I called them. He said he would finish up where he was and come take a look and text him my address. Which I did.
I then got a text back saying "Really sorry but on second thoughts I don't think I want to do it. Really sorry."

So he left me waiting 2 days with a hole in my back door. Then he "didn't think he wanted to do it"
