Look else where! …. Do not use this Company.
I am so upset! They owe me over £40 after returning my wool through the post office which was delivered back to them and tracked within days. I have emailed them several times to chase this up but they simply ignored everyone of them. You can’t ring them and have a chat, this is simply appalling and they need investigating. I’m going to try and get advice and report them to Trading Standards.

Very worried having read such awful reviews - I have only been waiting a short while but my money was taken straight away and no communications at all. The phone number does not accept calls !

DO NOT USE! I have had £63.73 taken from my account even though I immediately cancelled my order. I have sent several emails with no response whatever! Surely this is taking money under false pretences? Isn’t that an offence?

I have used Purplelinda before and been satisfied but on March 13th 2022 I placed an order to the value of £38 which was taken instantly and have not received my goods. I have e mailed the company numerous times and received no reply. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers.

Horrified! Ordered on the 11th February 2021 and still not received my order, money was taken straight away with confirmation email sent. I've had to contact my bank to reclaim my money. So disappointed the site looked so well presented. Never be fooled...!

Do not purchase from Purplelinda crafts , they do not fulfill their orders.
I placed an order 5th February 2021, for friend in hospital, to date, the order has not been delivered. Very disappointed, it offered one stop shop, for my friend. Paid in full, confirmation received by me. I have emailed chasing order and it’s delivery, but they have not bothered to respond . Customer service none existent.
They offer the goods, take your money but don’t supply the goods.
I wish I thought about investigating reviews before placing the order.
Will be contacting Trading Standards Inverness to report this company

Hi same with my order . Placed it on 31st jan money taken but no goods delivered
I have ordered previously from this company and although delivery took a while it arrived
Emailed them but no response
They should at least respond or put a statement on the site giving a reason for the delay but it seems lots of people are having the same problems
Trading standards are obviously useless. Missed the reviews and now in same boat as everyone else...and I ordered in September !!!!

My first and last order with Purple Linda Crafts. Same story from me. She took my money but hasn't fulfilled the order, which amounts to fraud. My emails were not returned but I haven't had the courtesy of a reply so I'm contacting Trading Standards too.

I am at my wits' end. Placed order on 31 Oct 2020 and received part of it but £11.96 still outstanding. If this seller scams so many people she must be making a fortune. Very shabby indeed. It destroys faith in small companies, which is a terrible shame. I wish I lived nearer to Inverness so I could go to her house (it's not a shop) and collect my money. A small amount but every penny counts to a pensioner.
Despite many emails and attempted calls to the phone number which appears to be cut off I have not had a single response.

Oh dear, I took the website at face value and ordered yarn totalling nearly £40 but can get no response from the company. The phone appears to be cut off, and the emails get a response saying they will not be responded to.
It never occurred to me to research the veracity of the site before I put my trust in them. I needed these items for during the Covid 19 lockdown and there seems to be no chance of getting it now. I will have to resort to Chargeback with my bank, which is such a nuisance.
Like others I advise that you AVOID this very strange company.

DO NOT ORDER from this website
I too - like many others it would seem - have lost £120 as I placed an order on 12th August 2020 which has never been received - am unable to get a response by email - have written to the address - the phone number on the receipt is out of order - so am unable to make contact to get a refund.
If you could put zero as a review star then I would have done.

I placed an order inMay never even received confirmation of order I feel like a lot of others I should not have trusted them my money of over £ 30 was taken out almost immediate but if anyone can find out how to get in contact with them I would appreciate it as I have tried every option available to me.

Do not use this site, i am still waiting for my yarn, can not contact them telephone number not in service, emails returned as deliverable. i wish i had read the other reviews before i put the order in. looks like i have lost my money.

I am beginning to believe I won't get the goods I 3 weeks ago, much less a refund.
It's a bit early to complain I know, but wish I had read the reviews, no customer had anything positive to say about this company. I've sent emails but all I get is an automated response.
How is Purplelindacrafts allowed to continue a business when they are not sending goods but taking payments.

I placed an order on 15th June for 34 pound I have emailed twice no response ... how on earth I didn't review her before I do for everything I'm so cross with myself for being ripped of if this is the case .. does trading standards no longer deal with these kind companies .. I won't leave thus I won't my money back ...if anyone finds a way please let me know thank you

Same as your stories I'm afraid, except even longer. Order 24th April money taken immediately.
No reply to contact.
Raised a complaint via Nochex who have been equally as unhelpful, told me to wait a bit longer.
Cancelled order, asked for refund as per their t&c's
No response
9th june, email, order despatched on 48hr delivery.
14th june still nothing.
Did your order come .. May I ask.. do u know if anyone has contacted trading standard ..Many thanks

Awful customer service and terrible returns policy.
I tried to cancel an order just 2 hours after placing it and heard nothing, then 3 days later got an email saying it had been despatched. If I want to return it now, I'll have to pay return postage, plus insurance, plus their policy is to charge an unspecified amount for 'damages' if they feel the items have been handled. I've had to find all of this out from their website as they still haven't replied to my emails. Trust pilot reviews say at this stage most people don't get their money back or a reply from the company. It wasn't a huge order (£17) but it's stuff I won't need and would rather return. With so many excellent craft supply websites out there with fantastic customer service, I recommend you take your custom elsewhere.
