Untrustworthy and the quality of their courses is lower than one star.
I paid for a lifetime licence which was revoked two years later because Pisstacus decided to demand more money from me which I refused. They deleted my account and I lost my investment in time and money. They are very nice and polite to start with and once they have your money the ugly truth comes out.

Did many courses and ordered the certificates for £5.99 a certificate. Many didn’t arrive and also no refund. The service desk says we have send it. I wonder why they have a service desk with not giving any service. They had last year a huge computer faillure and they lost all the data. What kind of company doesn’t have a proper back up system? I don’t trust them it is just a way to cash extra money. The service doesn’t do anything. A shameless company. I don’t trust them!

I did all the necessary courses and payed £5,99 for each certificate. About 10 certificates I’ve payed for we never received. Send messages to their support desk about the missing certificates. Their answer is ‘We have send it!’ Further nothing! It is not the first time this happened. Their support desk should be better named ‘No Support Desk!’ The latest problem is that they had a big computer faillure and all the data was lost! All my collegues have to do courses again and pay again for every certificate. What kind of company is this with no proper back up system? It’s a shame the way they treat people!

We spend nearly 2000 on their platform and updated our website at lots of extra cost. They then just treble their costs with new cost structure. We then post a review and they just cancel our contract. That's how Psittacus Systems treat their customers. Best to do reseller search for online learning I know we will go elsewhere.
