Purchased items did not meet expectations or look like the items reviewed on the website. You can barely see the faintly etched image (which will be manipulated by Photo Pendant) unless you have perfect eye sight, perfect light and hold the pendant at the perfect ‘just right’ angle. For me, the items received are unfit for purpose as I cannot give them to my wife for her birthday to remember her parents, her dogs and her children! This company/Geoff has a website full of disclaimers and statements etc that he believes makes anything that you are dissatisfied with - ‘your fault’ and makes every effort to make you waive your legal consumer rights, which cannot be waived or restricted by traders or their disclaimers and websites. If dissatisfied in anyway with received products Geoff will not accept returns or issue refunds. Be sure of what you are buying before clicking on ‘Purchase’ as you ‘will be stuck with it’ and ‘out of pocket’ regardless of prompt complaint. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend Photo Pendant UK to others !!
