Terrible customer service. I emailed repeatedly stating I can only speak via email as away on business. Didn’t reply to emails. Cancelled my policy with no refund. Avoid

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
Tried to resolve an issue with the policy document but after being transferred was kept on hold for 35 minuets whilst operator looked for the policy document!! Rang again and was told someone would call me back soon. Three days later still waiting for that call!!! These people do not have a clue when it comes to running a professional company and are clueless regarding customer service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Found them via a comparison website , needed to add my son as he sometimes needs my van for work . When they rang to clarify details they told me he would have to be the policy holder as he works in the building trade when I said this wasn’t right he went off to talk to his manager , 16 mins later we got cut off and I didn’t get a return call. Two days later I rang to cancel the policy as I wasn’t happy with their price or attitude to be told as I found them through a comparison site I would be charged £85 to cancel but they would reduce it to £55. I don’t think anyone would find them except through a comparison site. Be warned stay away …

Truly horrible experience trying to…
Truly horrible experience trying to cancel my policy with these after a misleading condition
I chose them as they offered a free dash cam - This turned into a mandatory requirement which was extremely poorly signposted and not communicated is a clear requirement (Whilst there is a mention of it buried in terms and conditions I am raising an ombudsman complaint as to the misleading landing pages form go compare
The main reason is (after I paid) they explained that I would not be insured if the dash cam footage was not available in the event of an accident - I'm uncomfortable with this as things can malfunction and I explained it was a risk I dint want to take so would be cancelling within the 14 day cooling off
Their legal team then wanted to charge me to release the call recording to verify the inception day which they got wrong and charged me incorrectly for pro rate cancellation fees
After over 2 hours on hold / calls they then refused to offer any goodwill and forced their own cancellation charge
Overall a really frustrating and poor level of service, zero flexibility, misleading sales tactics and I'm left bearing hundreds of pounds cancellation costs for 2 days of mis-sold insurance
All other companies are in the same price range (despite ME claims of 20% cheaper) Avoid at all costs
