Awful! I don't know what happened to all transports in Bournemouth since COVID, I really miss yellow bus, we need more transports, more buses. People work in the hospital and there's almost any buses to go there, only every 30 minutes each, most of them in the morning are full with hospital employees and we all need to go to work standing on the bus or coming back home standing after 12h shift day or night. It is unbelievable a place with such importance as hospitals don't have any accessibility.

Just ignored by the 789 at Milford on Sea as it sailed by 6 minutes early! I waited an hour and half for the bus and now have another 30 minutes to wait for the X1. …. Let’s hope that one doesn’t just drive past! Not my best first experience of the bus service in this area!
