Ordered 2 bikes for my teenage boys to commute to school & work, one is faulty, basically fell apart as my son was riding it - thank goodness he did not injure himself! Contacted customer service and from a couple of pictures they decided it must have been my son's fault? No contact was made with us other than to demand proof of purchase (apparently there is no warranty - bike is 9 months old and has only been regularly ridden since January!) and a picture of the issue. The chain had come off and we discovered a tooth was missing from the chain ring, but apparently, my son somehow managed to brake this off deliberately or through negligence... how?! How would you break just one tooth? They just want to blame other people, which, looking at the reviews, seems to be a common theme! Stay WELLaway!! Now worried about my other boy riding a shoddy bike!! If something happens with that bike, we will see you in court!!
