Booked a taxi on the morning of my wedding to get the full wedding party back from the venue to the place we were staying at 11:45pm, paid in full straight away and received the confirmation email.

Went on to enjoy a great day where I was not checking my emails, then thought it would be a good idea to check around 11:30pm when the reception was winding down.

The company cancelled my booking at 9:30pm on a Saturday night in an area where taxis are often booked up well ahead of time. The company left us completely stranded with a 2.5hr walk from the venue (only 20min to drive), two of the party being disabled and physically unable to make that walk. This experience entirely ruined the night.

Do not trust the statement "The last minute savior in deed" from the website. This reeks of the company cancelling because they had made enough for the night. Avoid.
