Called this company for a estimated cost of service, was given one price without any mention of further hidden costs only to be told the cost would be double the price when the technician arrived! We were then told we would have to pay a call out fee regardless and if we were not happy we would have to pay a cancellation fee all of which added up to again a ridiculous price. We feel very cheated by the person we spoke to on the phone who neglected to inform us of the overall costs and just told us what he did to trap us once the technician was already at our house. Beware!

I want to make a complaint, the locksmith that came charged me £200 plus £50 labour plus vat £50 in total £300 fitting a security TSS lock. I have a receipt.
Not only didn't the guy finish the job, he made up his own prices, didn't do the job I asked him to do, I looked at your pricelist and the price is greatly inflated.
And instead of installing the locks I wanted he tried to sell me a unit for £500.
I knew he stiffed me, I said no, he was so quick to leave the plate of the lock he fitted isn't on properly and the door won't shut.
I have attached the lock I wanted fitting, he couldn't even be bothered, stated it isn't for my door, clearly he didn't want to do the work.
And no offense the work he did I could have done myself.
I calculated the cost for the job done is £112.80.
Then when I call they tell me a story about the TSS 5 lever lock they put in my door costs £499 when in fact it costs £11-£13, not only that my door does not shut now.

Arrived in time slot as agreed.
Options and prices were discussed before the repair was made of which they were able to complete straight away .
Will use again when required .

We received excellent service from Andrei today on a front lock which needed replacing. Was very kind and efficient.

highly professional, capable, efficient, resourceful and charming. I had locked myself out of my appartment- locksmith Daniel arrived quickly, was good-humoured and he managed to get the door open in under 10 minutes. Should any of my friends lock themselves out of their apartments, I will recommend they give him a ring!
