Absolutely the worst company ever. They send items you did not order and then try to make you pay to return them. Then after arguing with them, they sent a prepaid label and that was it , the y got the goods back and kept my money .They operate through Mighty Deals & Discount Experts who are just as bad as they initially tell you NOT to contact the merchant (HV) and then when they find HV won't refund, they ditch you and expect you to sort it out. My tip: Talk to the ombudsman and go to your credit card company who put a Charge back on the money you have paid. I am making a point of getting my money back no matter how long it takes and everyone should do the same

i hordered some towels in June as they where advertised as Jumbo Size THEY WHERE NOT and really bad quality. I was told to return them which I did....I've sent several emails had very little response plus no refund so far, left a message asking somebody to call me back this is no way to run a company.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered items almost a month ago. Received e-mail informing me that I had been refunded. Not true. Still waiting for the refund. Sent e-mail after e-mail without any satisfaction.
This company should not be allowed to trade. Take a look elsewhere for value for money and customer service. Only gave them one star because I couldn't leave this review otherwise

One star is too generous

One star is too generous. worst company I have tried to buy from. Sent totally wrong thing and implied I was to blame - Non responsive, had to send photo to prove there error.

eventually ended up with my money being returned after some 6 weeks. Its not coviod - its been around 12 months and all seller on th eweb have worked out ways of trading and support - Home Vibe have buried there head inthe sand and simply do not want to know

its your money, but they do not sell anything that you cannot get elsewhere - moral of story - go elsewhere !

I made an order of a paper product earlier this month for delivery to my daughter - she's young, female, pregnant and in self-isolation in York (where the virus started.)
To date there's been no deliver and no contact, despite my emailing Home Vibe three times!
Clearly not everyone is pulling together in this crisis! Is it just about money Home Vibe?

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such a poor company
Their customer service is 0
Their goods are of poor quality and incorrect sizing

I have returned 2items in November and gave proof of return postage but they still are refusing to refund making repeated requests for the same documents I have sent via email
I woul not recommend this company to anyone
They are 0 rate

I placed an order on the 15th September 2018 and the money was taken from my account on 17th September 2018. I have never received a confirmation email from the company nor have they responded to the numerous emails I have sent them. I still have not received my order. My next port of call is trading standards!

I would be wary of buying from this company! I received a faulty item and I have sent 5 emails and had no response and when you phone you get a voicemail and will probably not hear back so might as well kiss my money goodbye.

wish I had seen these reviews before I placed the order.Not at all happy placed an order on 22.5.18-forgot to take the print out-so dont have the order no.The website was not allowing me to register so i signed in as a guest. Never got an email regarding the order.Tried to contact them on the given tel no(always goes on voicemail)email-no replies-after several emails got a reply saying the parcel was lost do I still want the items.As payment was already taken I said i still wanted it.Have been sending items one after the other at various dates -still few items missing-there is absolutely no communication whatsoever reg the items even in the packages recieved. No response to my messages on voice mail nor to my emails.
Like others will be complaining to the Trading Standards-wonder how this company is getting away with this sort of behaviour!!!

Don't order from thus company all they do is Rob u. I ordered remote glitter candles for a Xmas present. I got the candles but the remote was missing. I contacted them and they kept asking me for different information. I sent them what they reqyested but still they avent sorted my order out.. thus company is disgusting and shouldn't be able to trade.

Ordered an item in November 2016 and never received it.
Have spent 15 months chasing them and have got no where.
I have sent over 25 emails and always get the same reply, please advise order number and address. They have had this information 25 times!
Same replies from either Reece, Chloe, Shannon or Glen, would suspect these are all the same people! Took my money and then treated me like ****!
I have reported them to trading standards and the police and will continue on my journey to get them closed down...

If I could click a 'Minus' Star Rating for this company I definitely would.

What protections are in place for those of us who are often Forced to shop online because of our conditions or situations? There appear to be no protections whatsoever - and I can appreciate that Trading Standards consider many of these complaints 'small fish' but for some of us it's a case of Looking after the pennies.

To cut a short story long, Glen at HomeVibe took my money, claimed to have sent the goods which the courier firm can prove they did not receive and have deemed 'Lost'. No replacement, No Refund, and sporadic emails acknowledging my communications.

Saw a Glassdoor Review from an anonymous Employee - giving HomeVibe 5 Stars and claiming it was the Best Job - if it's so wonderful, why didn't He or She leave a name - Glen, is was the You? Hilarious.

Can we stop them trading asap? I'd hate for anybody else to experience what I have.

Homevibe has given me the worst experience I have ever had with online orders. They are totally devoid of customer service. I am waiting for an order
placed on the 29th of June last and for exchange of wrong goods delivered against another order also ordered 29th June but delivered beginning of September 2017. I have sent many emails and all I get in response is prevarication. I now consider money taken for an order placed on the 29th June 2017 and still not delivered on the 3rd October 2017 an act of deception.
My advice is to stay well away from Homevibe and avoid potential monetary loss.
I am now going to Trading Standards who I hope will close down this cheating business and its representatives. I am also approaching BBC Watchdog.

Same as others ordered and ottoman 3 weeks ago several emails with no reply or call back on my number. Tried calling mobile number for glen compton but only 02 answering service!! £25 has been deducted from my bank acc and is in his pocket. Every day I receive emails with offers from this company so how the hell cab they not email their customers back!! I'm furious and have no option but to speak to trading standards. This man needs to be stopped

Hi, I was about to report them today (28th Sept 17) to trading standards as I have been waiting for the balance of my order from June and had no reply to my numerous emails, telephone messages and text messages to Glem Comptons mobile number on their website - anyway I went back to how I paid because I was filling in the info on the trading standards complaint form and there was a number on the end of the payment details on my bank statement - 02476 745747, I rang it and a lady answered and it was HomeVibe!!! I explained who I was and what i was waiting for - she said that they had had many problems with Hermes delivery service and has promised to send out my item - I will keep you posted. In the meantime try that number - good luck.

Thanks I will try this number, I too have try as many ways as possible to get a reply from phone or email, nothing. Am contacting Trading Standards tomorrow and my bank, again stay well away from this so called Company - anyone reading these reports don't waste your money.l

Very poor company. Ordered 2 items. One arrived very quickly but no sign of the other. Have emailed and left voicemail messages several times but no response from anyone. Very disappointing! Should have read the reviews before ordering!

I ordered an LED light up home sign. It was delivered but was faulty. I sent an e mail and they told me to return it. It cost £5 to post it back and I have been waiting 2 months now for my refund. I did receive an email asking for my sort code and account number and they would refund me. Why should I give my sort code and account number. I asked them to refund the card I paid on and have not heard anything since despite sending 8 e mails !! I wish I had read these reviews first and I am contacting trading standards as this Glen Compton should not be allowed to trade .

I ordered garden lanterns from this firm, they arrived broken , boxes where damaged, in fact they were an utter disgrace, On asking for assistance in returning the goods, plus a refund, they are not responding to my Emails, or phone calls, as I am a pensioner, I cannot afford to loose this money, the firm?? Should not be allowed to trade, Pensioner age 81

Ordered 2 ottomans only one arrived was told the other was coming never arrived glen told me would refund never came told me had done it by PayPal
They after not returning emails finally said would give me a partial refund (for an item I paid full price for and never received ) baring in mind had already told me had given me refund via pay pal so why now offer a partial refund obvious the talk of the refund via pay pal was a lie
They take for ever to reply last e mail I sent was saying ok send me what I paid for yet to hear back
Has any one actually got their money back or missing items.

If only I had read these reviews of this awful company before submitting my order and payment via paypal, as unfortunately have and am experiencing similar frustration from lack of response and goods I ordered not delivered. This Greg Compton person who appears to be trading as ' homevibe' needs to be stopped trading, accepting monies from customers and not fulfilling orders placed in good faith, is basic fraud, ignoring all communications regarding deliver queries, I sincerely hope trading standards and maybe paypal will stop customers such as myself and the others listed here from such nasty episodes and all the aggravation caused, nothwithstanding, this loss of sums can ill afford.

4 Dec 16 ordered 2 Ottomans from Homevibeltd and when they hadn't arrived, I made contact with Glen Compton, his response was to ask for my delivery address, which was duly provided. I have made contact on two subsequent occasions, only to receive the same response which is obviously either a delaying or avoidance tactic. My next port of call is the Fraud Action Line but my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Shocking company , I ordered a led lamp it arrived smashed and very badly packed ...it was a xmas gift so I asked for another one and suggested they use some packing or this one would be smashed also , and it sure was now Glen is not answering my e mails to him so it looks like I have to contact pay pal for a refund not what anyone needs at this time of the year

I have recently placed an order through homevibe and have only received some of the items, 1 damaged. I have contacted Glen at homevibe numerous times via e-mail to try and sort out this matter.
He is now not responding to my emails or telephone calls despite me telling him that I have only received half my order. Payment was made direct so can't query it through PayPal and am not holding my breath that I will receive missing items. I have now been left £25 out of pocket and presentless.
Customer service is non existent be very careful if placing an order with Homevibe!!
I will be contacting trading standards to see if they can be of any help

Ordered xmas presents from Home Vibe costing £40 never received my order still waiting they never answered any of my e-mails or phone calls will have to try paypal to get my money back I think this Company could be fraudulent all of a sudden they have disappeared will report them to trading standards if they do start trading again beware be warned don't deal with them from a very disappointed customer.

Exactly the same thing has just happened to me.

I really, really wish I'd seen this website before ordering ANYTHING at all from Glen Compton of HomeVibe Ltd. In my case, Paypal have been equally unhelpful in that they appear to take the word of Glen Compton and online Tracking Information provided by myHermes couriers even though I did Not receive the items and myHermes have since admitted that the items were NOT delivered to my address are the package is officially LOST. Like others on this forum, Mr. Glen Compton has consistently refused to respond to telephone calls, emails or texts and the only organisation that appears to get any response from him is Paypal. I shall definitely be referring the matter to the Police, Fraud Action Line and will be taking the matter further legally.

I have returned an item ordered from HomeVibe because the steamer ordered was very small and faulty, after numerous emails I have still not received a refund. I have now put in the hands of paypal to try and resolve this for me. I will never use this company again.

Have used HomeVibe in the past and was disappointed with delivery times. Gave them a 2nd chance and used them again but the 5 days delivery quoted dragged on & on. Eventually received part of the order but found it was completely smashed on arrival.

Contacted them several times, got poor or no response & now waiting for a full refund. Trading standards are looking into them!

They make promises they cant keep and should not be allowed to take payments when they cant deliver on time...

I have ordered 4 different items since the beginning of october 2016 and still received none , I emailed about first one and got an email eventually saying it must have been lost in transit and he would send me a replacement im still awaiting a month later, I also havnt received the other 3 orders and phone number goes straight to voice mail so I have raised 4 disputes to seller through paypal and am going to pursue it until I get my goods or money back, I will never order from this site again.

Ordered 2 items. It has been several weeks and still no items. Have been told that the order has been received by HomeVibe and have even been given a MyHermes tracking number but then no parcel was given to the courier company to collect. It is a shame because there were do many things I waned to order. Don't deal with this company . You can't be guaranteed of the goods being sent . I paid by PayPal so have opened a dispute with them to see if they can get my money back.

AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS (15 ) I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY ORDER WENT. THEY SAY IT WENT TO A DIFFERENT POST CODE. OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO SEND ORDERS OUT. THEY NEVER ANSWER MY EMAILS AND THE PHONE NUMBER GOES BLANK. NOT A GOOD FIRM TO DEAL WITH BUT I WON`T GIVE UP
