Despite the vast enthusiasm about this company I was rather disappointed. I ordered a particular model of ladies flying jacket. What I received was a completely different finish of the same cut. When I reported it expecting that it would be exchanged they said they would not as it is unlikely they would have my size in the finish I asked. But this did not show when you place the order. the vast majority of on line sellers in this day and age have an electronic stock control system so that it should not have been possible for me to order the jacket/size I wanted if it was out of stock. They took £20 off the price as a consolation. And it was clear feeling that they KNEW they sent me the wrong jacket even applied the 'right' label to it hoping the customer would be fooled. In this case alas the finish was far too different even in the dark you would be able to tell the difference. It is that that really REALLY gets me. Being treated like a fool and patted on the head to keep quiet about it. And by the way you always get what you pay for. The jacket is OK but not really a luxury item. I hope at least it is British leather.
