Excellent customer service.
ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses from this website and was very impressed with the delivery speed and the dresses are so gorgeous. my bridesmaids love them. Sally was very helpful

I overnighted a formal dress, it arrived nearly two weeks late, way after the event was over. I opened a dispute because I had not heard from the Glitzy Angel and I didn't think it would come in. I received a very rude and unapologetic reply from them. I returned the dress because I didn't have a chance to wear it because they were so late, I posted it within two weeks and had the receipt to prove it. I heard nothing from them, no refund! I emailed them about it, they said I returned it too late and they wouldn't refund me, that they had emailed me a store credit. I never received a store credit, they never returned my money, they never replied to anymore emails.

Add a commentWe are sorry to hear how unhappy you were with your experience with us. I have looked into this and we sent several emails but your inbox was rejecting them as we explained to you. We emailed explaining that the dress was delayed as we hadn't received it from the wholesalers yet so we refunded the difference in delivery. We apologise about the delay. The dress came back to us outside of our returns policy so we provided credit. We sent you a voucher code by email. But we ended up providing you with a full refund in the end. We don't like to hear of our customers being unsatisfied. Your voucher code is still valid, we would be happy for you to use it despite being refunded. Glitzy Angel xx
