Ordered woman's coat from this website, as said in other messages they charged more due to currency exchange. Never received a confirmation email or an invoice. Tried to go back online to find a contact number but the website has been closed. Package arrived from Shanghai, different jacket from what I ordered, very bad quality and no invoice enclosed. Adddress on label to return if wanted ! A certain scam, has anyone ever tried to return their wrong faulty products?

I purchased goods from this company yesterday. And received a confirmation email stating how much had been debited from my credit card. But no invoice or details of my order or despatch of goods. I have contacted them via email about a dozen times now with no reply. They are not uk based as stated & even though their website looks genuine, alarm bells are ringing. There is no address or contact phone number. So the only way to contact them is via email which they dont reply. I think i have been the victim of a scam. I dont know how many other people have also been misled by this company.
