At the time of selling to them, I
they had the option of “poor” condition unlike many others who go from “good” to “faulty”, I had an old iPad to recycle that exactly matches the “poor” criteria listed on their website quote; (powers on, fully functional, contains all original factory components, obvious signs of use - some scratches but no cracks on screen, and some scratches, scuffs and dents on outer housing, [this bit makes no sense but I’d assume they meant “NO”] the device has any engraving or personalisation, battery healthy minimum 80%, not iCloud locked) - they offered a price I was happy with for the device, but shock horror on receipt they are then not happy with the scratches/scuffs/dents, and as per everyone else’s negative reviews, offer LESS than half the price! They then proceeded to lie (saying I was demanding a price I had made up, which I didn’t, I simply demanded the price they advertised for the condition of the iPad as per “poor” on their website!) and contradict themselves when I refused anything below the original offered amount and stated (sending them screenshots of their own website!!) due to my exact match of their description. They’ve supposedly sent the device back but I’m still waiting, several days later to receive it.

Honestly, avoid - what’s the point in having the “poor” option if not going to then accept what they’ve offered against it!! They want your product, from you, the innocent customer, but they don’t want to pay what it’s worth, that’s why! Several reviews stating the same thing! I have reported to trading standards and have screenshots of everything which I have also posted publicly.
