i was a member of Fly Fitness Bath for 7 months and i attended classes every day. The instructors are first class and i made many friends with the lovely members .However, the showers are often dirty and always cold , the air con doesnt work in the gym spaces , the owners treat members and instructors in an appalling manner. Thankfully, the hugely expensive cafe has now closed following its total failure to provide a nutritious menu to members and the public. Theyve cancelled the pilates and yoga classes since Barre Studio took over at first floor level. The members have to pay £20 to attend these classes which they have advertised as being free for the last 6 months !!!The manager at FLY is a manipulative and arrogant young woman who believes she is the best at everything she attempts! She managed to raise over £4500 in a very short time to treat herself to a free holiday to LA in September 2023! She told the members that her Go-Fund-Me trip to LA was a charity which would allow her to teach self defence to young girls ! On her return from her freeby trip which lasted over 2 weeks , she miraculously refused to discuss the holiday with those who enquired about it and ofc there has been no benefit to anyone other than her arrogant self. She managed to manipulate £250 from me to kick start her free holiday !!! Her bosses, the owners refuse to engage with the ,members over feedback! They tell the members theres a cost of living crisis which means the showers cant be fixed nor cleaned!!
