DESPITE A CHANGE OF FLIGHT TIMES BY THE AIRLINE,AMERICAN AIRLINES, ON THE RETURN LEG FROM PHILADELPHIA TO LONDON HEATHROW ON 11.10.2023, YHE BOARDS ON THE AIRLINE SYSTE HAD NOT BEEN UPDATEDFOR THE PUBLIC.
HOWEVER, SAM AT FAIRWAY AND KENWOOD , WHO ON DUTY HERE THAT NIGHT KEPT AN EYE ON THE SYSTEM AND MADE SURE THE PICK-UP DRIVER HAD THE NEW DETAILS FOR THE FOLLOWING MORNING'S -12.10.2023- DELAYED ARRIVAL OF THE FLIGHT. .
TJANK YOU VERY MUCH SAM . AND TO THE DRIVER FOR BRINGING THE PASSENGER WHO HAD TO HANG ABOUT IN PHILADELPHIA HOME
