Eydens to the rescue

After a very unsatisfactory visit from a local locksmith who declared the problem could only be resolved by replacing the door which a friend of his could do for £1000 I was in despair. Fortunately a work colleague of my daughter's recommended Eydens. They responded immediately giving me details of their terms of business and we arranged for a representative to come out to Rugby .
A young man arrived an hour before originally arranged but he did call to find out if this was convenient. He arrived, assessed, identified the problem, explained the solution with an indication of cost and then contacted home base to ascertain if they had the relevant part in stock as it was an old door. He then fetched the part and within an hour and a half fitted it, thoroughly tested it and in addition balanced the door. The cost was well within my expectations and I am so impressed with Eyens service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.
