I took this system out in may and had so many problems with this system.The account manager came on site to install the system they were very quick enough to sell me a printer on site for £299 and paying them £499 to come to install.I have had so many problems with them when I ring the account manager(Puja)When I asked her the kitchen screen is not working she said well you said that I didn’t want it……..why?I am paying for a service and I don’t want it working really !!!!!!!she has been so rude on several occasions telling me to email support team who never get back to me.I have lost a lot of Bussiness due to this system and I’m not happy at all.The day the account manager(Puja)came to install the system she ordered food when it came to the payment she said oh I haven’t got my card and don’t cash on me.that was alarm bells which I should’ve paid attention to but let it go.
I am now not using your system as it is crap the service is crap I would never recommend this service to anyone.Also still waiting for the terminals which I have never received.my mistake I should have read the reviews before getting this system.
