I have ordered candles twice and had the same problem as others in relation to delivery, though I got both deliveries in the end, after numerous emails and threats. The reason I went back after the first time is that the candles are so gorgeous! I love them, the burning colour is indescribable, a beautiful orang red glow. I’m not sure I’d go through the process again but after my candles run out (I’ve still got 4x12inch ones left) I pretty sure I’d be tempted again.

I ordered candles in December 2019, I did have some correspondence with Bruce who was apologetic and always promised to send my candles or refund my money - neither of which happened, so I have taken him to the Small Claims Court and he failed to respond so I can now get a CCJ against him.
I agree with others that he shouldn’t be trading if he has no intention of fulfilling orders.

I ordered candles worth £46 in February 2021 , it’s now august still no candles. No one answers the phone or returns email queries? Do not send your money to this company

Avoid!
Ordered months ago and still nothing if he’s ill he should suspend orders and refund orders
No correspondence at all from emails I’ve sent not good business
