First they sent me broken lenses, then when I tried to get a refund they refused. I opened the case in PayPal but it was closed in favor of seller, because they didn't confirm that they received returned package. After case was closed, they approved via e-mail that they received the package, but in order to get a refund I must send a receipt from doctor. I sent a receipt and now they completely ignore me. They have my money and broken lenses.
