Sorry to say not very happy. Very expensive, especially as we had paid our previous floor sanding man less for twice the work. Was told it was a 3-4 day job as it would need special work but they took a day and left us with a wet floor at teatime and we couldn't get into the house till 11pm. That was £600 for a not very large kitchen and small hallway. Various imaginative excuses for not turning up at promised time. Supposed to be paying for his expertise but he turned up with somone he called his 'lad' who seemed to do most of the work. When we inspected the floor the next day there are gouges in the wood in quite a few places where the sander has been swung round. We asked him to come back and make things right, he got somewhat aggressive and was very reluctant and tried to blame the pattern of the wooden floor. After suposedly repairing the floor it was just as bad. It will need to be re-sanded all over again. He might be alright on a straight piece of floor but we are bitterly disappointed with this standard of work and feel like he thought we were push over OAPs.
