We had our wedding in May 2023 and cascada strings were brilliant! They really added a whole new element to the day. The accepted our song requests even though they were not on the set list which was brilliant. We did change one of the songs but they didn’t change it on the day but that was okay. I’m shocked at the current reviews as Adam was very responsive and we had no issues! We are based in south wales

We booked Cascada Strings for our wedding July2022. The communication from the beginning was excellent always responded quickly and nothing was ever to much. I sent over the music I wanted playing and that was fine even though some was not on their set list. They arrived on the day 30mins early to set up and meet my hubby at church. All of the guests have commented on how well they played and what a lovely touch this was to our day. We live in Lincolnshire and these guys travelled from Manchester! I would recommend this company as they were great for us!

Have booked this group, paid deposit and no answer from Adam when requesting a refund. I too found it very strange from the moment my partner booked as there is literally nothing other than their website online! Adam did call my partner soon after we booked when he had asked for more details, but has been unresponsive since.
Thankful I have found all of these reviews before our day was ruined by a no show! I asked Adam on numerous occasions for videos of performances and he was very dismissive. Our venue is booked in Norfolk. DO NOT BOOK

Add a commentI had an nkling they were a scam as I couldn't find them tagged on Instagram or any reviews and adam was quite evasive about song choices i was requesting. I was heartbroken they didn't turn up. They were good until i paid my deposit.
Cut your losses now and don't waste any more money in them.
Definitely would be intrigued to hear all your experiences... They do seem to have a strange lack of presence on the internet. Was about to book.

I'm from Kent. Apart from a website they don't have much other online presence
