DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BYING A DRESS FROM BRITISH BRIDAL.
State sizes on web site and will then send a dress two or even three sizes to big. Daughter paid for a size 10 which was picked up from bridal shop, was told to try it on and let owner know if there was any problems (work being done on fitting room apparently) only to get dress home to find it measuring a size 14, tried to phone shop to find out that it had closed the day we picked it up.
BRITISH BRIDAL couldn’t care less and said take it up with shop, you didn’t buy it from us so it’s not our problem.
Have been in touch with other stockists who have all said they are terrible for sizing and exchanges.
