Avoid this company at all costs!! I have purchased from here on several occasions. Orders were predominantly late, and communication was extremely poor. However, when I last made a purchase, my books did not arrive at all. There is no contact number and all my online messages/emails were ignored. I was not refunded. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with!

Since Xmas 2020 there is no ordering facility on their website. They do not respond to messages and their phone link goes straight to website.
i have not bought anything off them, but judging from the above I am unlikely to. Better go to amazon for reliable service, even if Greek books there cost £25-30. Or go straight to Greek online booksellers in Greece.
Best avoid Bibliagora!

Awful experience. Placed an order for £28 and paid £6 for delivery. After placing the order the estimated delivery time was shown to be 14 to 28 days....for UK posting....this is unbelievable. I thought I will wait as I was in no rush but still thought £6 for shipping is very expensive. Now, after a month of waiting and two messages to them (phone number simply says "please visit the website"), I still have not received anything. I have raised a case with my bank and I am also reporting the website as dormant and malicious.

Terrible experience. I placed a large order of children books for my little one and since it was my first time shopping on their website, after a week not hearing back from them, I asked for an update on my order. None replied to me. So I asked if its a legitimate company. Someone responded that they were surprised by my question but still gave no update on my order. I chased again and they cancelled my order without checking with me. I wouldn't place an order with them again. Terrible customer service

AVOID AT ALL COST.
I bought a book on the 27th of November. They sent me a tracking number that does not work (second class, not trackable) and today 8th of January (6 weeks for a local delivery) I still have not received anything, nor got my money back, nothing. They dont take responsibility, and they don’t pick up the phone.
Rubbish, you will lose your money here, run away!
