I ordered a bag on 19/02/22 advertised in £ and was charged twice, once in US$ and once in Romanian € with a transaction fee. Emails were ignored but Ive got s refund from my credit card company, and cancelled my card too just in case! So the price they display will never be the price you actually pay. It’s now 25/03/22 and I haven’t received the bag yet, according to the order online it’s still ‘processing’. I discovered a tracking mail in my junk folder that says it’s come from Chicago, via Paris, to the UK. Apparently it’s been with my towns sorting centre for the past week. I’m not holding my breath that it will arrive, and my expectations on the quality of it are now rock bottom. I’ll update later and am really surprised nobody else has left s review for this company

Update on my earlier post. Item has still not arrived and is still ‘processing”. There is no telephone number, only an email which can’t be used as it displays an error when trying to send and says to try again later, I’ve tried for 2 weeks and gave up, got a refund via Visa luckily.
