I am taking Anemoi to court to recover my 50% deposit. They cancelled two booked instalations. They confirmed they would refund me but didn't. Now having to waste time taking them to court to try to get my money back. They really don't care about customer service. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I REALLY suggest you avoid this company at all costs

Please AVOID this company ANEMOI AIR by all means! They do not respond to messages, did not finish the job even though they were fully paid, and they are very rude and aggresive. I paid for 3 units and they have not installed the external units, not connected them. Awful experience!

Hired them to install three heat pumps. They installed two and have never returned to install the third. They have been fully paid for all three. I have been trying to have them return since June 2021. It is now August 2022.
My recommendation is to avoid doing business with this company. Their responsiveness is terrible and follow up is even worse.
