Ayrshire,
Adampton House Hotel, this was the nicest hotel ive been on with you, and i've been on a few.
Staff, food, Manager , entertainment and views were fantastic.
Good trips with beautiful views and scenery.
The hotel is being updated and i had a lovely new bathroom.
John the driver was lovely, very helpful.
I read alot of negative reviews on this hotel and dont know why.

Just arrived back from a 4 day trip to the Isle of Man. Firstly through no fault of Acklams the ferry was cancelled on the day we arrived at the ferry. Within what felt like minutes Acklams had booked the group into the holiday in Lancaster and arranged an evening meal at a nearby Toby carvery which was all very acceptable. We travelled on the ferry the following day which meant losing a days tour of the island. At this point I must mention our driver, Damien, this young man cannot be praised enough. He arranged everything so that our trip included every aspect of the tour that we could possibly fit in. Damien made our trip an absolute joy. Not only was he helpful, friendly and fun he was very respectful too. Praise for Acklams Coaches in this occasion. I would highly recommend this company.

Lovely short break in the cotswolds. The jephson hotel in Leamington Spa was great. Very comfortable, staff very helpful and good food.
The coach was very comfortable but our main driver GRANT was great in that he was not only a good driver but very polite, very helpful especially to my less able bodied friend who struggled to get onto the coach (a small step would have been useful) and he chatted to everyone whilst in the hotel, so very friendly. A credit to your company.
Only disappointment was the wet weather, not your fault!!

Had a wonderful 5 day holiday to Torquay! Special mention to our driver Gordy who made our holiday very enjoyable. From start to finish. Will be booking again for another trip away !

Well on the 30th June 2023 we should of gone on the Acklams Rhine cruise but once again we were left devastated because they cancelled again when we was told by a HULL REPRESENTATIVE THAT THIS TRIP WOULD DEFINATELY GO AHEAD BECAUSE THERE WAS ENOUGH SEATS TAKEN BUT NO IT WAS CANCELLED. OUR FRIENDS WHO WE WERE GOING WITH HAS FOLLOWED THE RHINE CRUISE LEAVING COLOGNE WHICH STILL WENT AHEAD SO IT WAS ACKLAM THAT FAILED THEIR PART BUT OTHER COACH COMPANIES SUCEEDED TO TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS TO MEET THE SHIP.. I WAS SOOO UPSET AGAIN ONCE SHE TOLD ME THIS.
ACKLAMS DON'T CARE CANCELLING YOUR HOLIDAYS BECAUSE IF THE MANAGER GETS A BOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HIRE HE'S BUS HE CANCELS YOUR TRIP AND I WAS TOLD THIS BY A EX WORKER.
THE TRAVEL AGENT IN A NEAR AREA SAID ACKLAMS ARE ALWAYS CANCELLING TRIPS SO IF YOU BOOK BE WARNED OF WHAT THEY DO. 4 CRUISES CANCELLED WITH THEM IN 2 YEARS.

We have just returned from a bespoke Xmas shopping trip to Liverpool and Bury markets.
Well Acklams you have given us a wonderful 2 days.
The coach was amazing and Julie our driver was beyond amazing especially parking the coach at the hotel that many would not have been able park.
Louise you chose a fabulous hotel which catered beautifully food and rooms fantastic.
So thank you from l adies that lunch Huddersfield.
Definitely do this again

Well wished we could give them a good review. We have had 4 Rhine Cruises via King George Dock PO FERRY cancelled with poor excuses because been told via a ex member they cancel their trips if the manager can HIRE HE'S BUS OUT AND HAS NO COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMERS.
