I have never written a negative review such as this. But reviews are made for people to share their experience for others benefit.


Craig came in as agreed for a job. But what I did not realise is that some damages had been done to my furniture while he moved it in order to get the job done. Now, it's okay and mistake/accident like such happen, but what any considerate and honest person will do is to let you know and apologise for such. Honestly speaking there is a 99% chance I would have let it go and not ask him to make good the damages. But Craig decided to cover up the damage and let it slide.

I initially gave him the benefit of a doubt, that perhaps he wasn't aware of the damages he had done. So I called him the next morning but to my uttermost surprise as I introduced myself and was about to begin to explain the reason why I called he hanged up...? Really. Okay maybe it was a mistake so I called again, it rang a few times then he cut the line again. So I decided to send a text, even though I wasn't expecting him to reply because at this point based on his reactions It was obvious he knew why I was calling and wasn't ready to apologise not to talk of making good the damages ( and I was right because he never replied).

Craig has been dishonest by not informing me of the damages, he has been disrespectful and disregarding by cutting the phone each time I called. The matter was not handled professionally at all.
