I'd give them 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Utterly useless, inept and not a clue what they are doing. My son booked an intensive driving course, did the first 2 days then nothing, that was 2 months ago. They have now said his test is in Aberdeen in September, he lives in MK. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Do not book with this company!!!

I paid for a 2 week crash course with a promise that my daughter’s test would be booked at the end of it. She had 4 lessons from a driving instructor named Alan who offered my 17 yr old a cigarette and was so unprofessional then after 4 lessons.. we never heard from him again. I tried to contact both the driving instructor and manager Alex by phone, text, email and post and was completely ignored. They owe me over £700 worth of lessons and I had to go elsewhere with a different company and pay again for the test.
Unless you have money to throw away then please please do not go with this company!!! Time wasters… not professional in the slightest. I have taken them to court to try and get some money back but it’s highly unlikely. Blows my mind these people so called companies are aloud to operate like this.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
Where do I begin?!
I searched for an intensive driving course for my daughter in June 2022. 5day were able to get her in for August, which was brilliant as she needed 2 years driving experience to pursue her career as a paramedic.
Now don't get me wrong, her instructor Alan from Bristol, was brilliant (apart from the fact that my daughter didn't have the full time, which is also owing to me). My complaint is with the company themselves. They guaranteed me that within 2 weeks of my daughter completing her course they would be able to book her in for her theory and practical test, and there's a good chance of her passing and being on the road by September. They failed to book her in, despite repeated reminders. They failed to respond to my phonecalls and emails.
So come November I contacted their complaints dept who have proved to be just as useless, and kept fobbing me off with "We'll pass this on and get back to you" or "We'll investigate this and get back to you asap". Well its now June 2023 and I am still waiting, and my daughter is still not on the road.
I've calculated that they owe me £506 to cover the Outstanding lessons missed, the theory and practical tests that I also paid for!
I will now be seeking legal advice.
Save your money, go elsewhere!

Do not waste your money!
You start at 9am but don't start driving until 10am because the first hour is 'theory'. From 10am to around 2.30pm you have driving lessons but that's with a lunch break in the middle. You then return to base and do two more hours of 'theory'.
The instructor had an old car which was filthy, had rubbish on the back seat and dirty tissues dotted around in the front of the car. The instructor shouted everytime something was done wrong which made the driver a nervous wreck. The car had faults and the driver was told to just get used to it.
On the Friday they finished at lunch time so in all there was around 18 hours driving all week. The afternoons were just sitting in a room completing theory tests with not much input from staff.
I had to speak to customer services on a few occasions and I found them rude and unhelpful. Once the course had been finished the driver came away with a piece of paper with a few ticks on and no other information.
Don't make the mistake we did by spending £1500 on less than 20 hours of driving and a bit of theory!

Misleading radio advert and customer services staff. Closest to Cardiff is Bristol and no place until 2024. Travelled to Manchester and Test waiting list up to 6 weeks. No automatic test cars in Bristol after saying there would be. Theory test scheduled last day of course at 4pm after extensive hard day of learning. Had to make own way to theory test Centre. Manchester Instructor unprofessional in his approach and his terminology used and behaviour towards 17 year old disrespectful. Each day was 8am to 10am theory practice, 10am to 12noon driving and 1230 to 230 pm driving. No care or confirmation taken of personal needs and nervousness. Customer services not open in weekends. Had to pay £5 for driving app when already paid £1508.00 for course. I do not recommend. Not worth the price or hassle from staff and instructor!
