Bought a Aeroklas canopy for my new Ranger Raptor. After it was installed, the electric opening button did not work, we were told this was an issue multiple people were having, we were sent a new button - this didnt resolve the issue. We were told we had no option but to bring it to Coleshill (6 hour round trip). The lock then failed so we had no method of opening it. Took it to Coleshill on the assurance they would have everything needed to fix both issues (lock and button). The lock they fixed but the button needed a relay they didnt have in stock. Then 4x4 shipped a new relay 3 weeks later, totally different design to the old one which involves drilling a large hole in the canopy to hide the new relay which is twice the size. Tested the new relay before drilling and it doesnt resolve the problem. Have said we want to have it picked up and returned for a refund, was told we would get feedback but have now been ghosted. Have been left with no choice but to raise it as an issue with Trading Standards and are now looking at a small claims court submission. DESPERATELY frustrating and disappointing service.
